GENERAL ADMISSIONS:

Appointments are required ('Walk-Ins are taken on an 'as available' schedule only). Please call 970-349-1700 Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to schedule your pets appointment. Please have your pet's past medical history faxed to the Animal Hospital of Crested Butte at 970-349-1703 prior to your appointment. Click on the link below to download a Client/Patient Form if you'd like to fill one out before your appointment.

SURGERY ADMISSIONS:

Once your pet has been

scheduled to be admitted to the hospital please follow these guidelines:

PRE- SURGICAL/DENTAL PROTOCOL:

• No food for your pet after 8:00 p.m. the evening prior to surgery.
• No breakfast the morning of the surgery.
• Please have water assessable at all times.
• Please call The Animal Hospital of Crested Butte if you are unable to keep your appointment or are running late.
• A reminder call will be made to your home phone the day prior to the scheduled surgery with this information.

CHECK-IN TIMES:

• 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.

EMERGENCY ADMISSIONS:

• Please call The Animal Hospital of Crested Butte if you are able, so we may prepare for your arrival.
• I f you are unable to call, you pet will be accessed immediately upon your arrival and the proper care given in a timely fashion.
