Pharmacy Service - to utilize this service please have your prescribing veterinarian phone or fax us with your pets prescription. FYI - heartworm, tick & flea prevention and de-worming medications are prescriptions by law.You are welcome to purchase the non-prescription kind at our local grocery store if you so desire.

Heartworm Testing and Medication - Testing is done in-house and takes about 5 minutes. If you just need heartworm medication refilled from another veterinarian please follow the Pharmacy Service instructions above.

One-Time Care - If your pet is in need of something simple like an injection (vaccinations excluded) or regularly scheduled lab work, etc., please treat this like a Pharmacy Service by having your regular veterinarian phone or fax specific instructions or we are happy to have your pet become a patient which involves a complete physical exam (including a previous medical history faxed prior to your appointment).

Health Certificates for Travel - most certificates are only valid for 10 days and require an examination. Please bring vaccination verification (or have it faxed to us), or your previous Health Certificate to your scheduled appointment.

Non-Patient Phone Consults - The doctor is available to discuss your pets health issues via phone for a minimum fee of $20.00, charged to your Visa or Master Card. Please call to schedule a return phone consult. 970-349-1700.

  • Prescription Pet Food - if you are not a client or refilling prescription food from another veterinarian please follow our Prescription Services instructions below.
  • Prescription Refills - Federal Law requires that we have a current annual examination for your pet to refill any prescriptions (even the ones that we have prescribed). Please keep your pets annuals exams up to date so we are able to fill any on going prescriptions in a timely matter. Please call any time to refill prescriptions.
